Please let us know your complete contact information such as company, fax-no., tel-no. and address so that we can send you the offer. Please also tell us the order-no. of the product and the quantity you need.

Special products
Besides the product listed in our catalogue, we have also specially made products in our program, which are not (yet) listed. So if you are looking for a certain product or if you need a special design, please also contact us. We will try our best to meet your requirement.

Samples
Samples of our products may be available, depending on the type of product, the nature of the enquiry, and the application in question. Please email us with your request and we will let you know if we can send samples, or if you will need to make a minimum order for these products. Generally, if the quantity is not too large, less than 10 pcs, the sample will be free for you, but we will send them to you with freight collect.

Payment
Since our company is mainly serve for clients, and the price terms are always FOB or FCA or CFR by air, so generally, our payment terms is T/T in advance. If the quantity is large, and it is asked to ship the goods by sea, we will think about to accept other payment terms.

Shipping And Handling

A shipping and handling charge will be applied to all orders to cover the cost of shipping. The amount will depend on the weight of the delivery, the destination, and the service requested. For deliveries abroad we ship by DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, by air or by sea.

Delivery Schedule

If your order is in stock we will be able to ship the good on the same day that we receiving your T/T payment. If your item is not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated despatch date, and you will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
